1997 4.0sohc idle problems
Hi all
About 6 months ago i had a brand new factory engine installed after my tensioners went bang and wrecked my motor.The trouble im having is the idle seems very low even when warm,just above 500rpm when in drive.Is there anyway i can adjust the idle ? or are there any other tips anybody has.I have a new airfilter,IAC valve,cleaned the MAF.Im wondering wether the plugs are gapped properly.I have a new set ready to drop in just in case.Any help would be gratefully appreciated as there's not alot of Explorer experts in the UK including the dealers !!!!!
