Changing Out Oxygen Sensors
How's it going? I bought a new pair of Motocraft O2 sensors to replace the two closest to the exhaust manifold. Anything special I need to know? Disconnect negative battery post, access through wheel wells, replace, reset computer, and then let idle of several minutes. That's basically it right? I checked and the threads already have some sort of anti-seize on them. Thanks.

Dont get the sensor part dirty or try not to touch it. Never use carb cleaner on it! If you do get it dirty, I guess you may wipe it off with gas, but you better check first. Had to replace one that was cleaned with carb cleaner.
