Did the ends actually break off or were they burned off due to advanced timing.

that is the general theory with all of there crap products. the air filters are bad, the oil filters are junk and ignition parts are worse. you should see there charging parts. that whole company needs to go out of business. for a little more at napa you can get a different brand plug

Unfortunately there are lots of parts and products on the market today that have little or no quality control. There is little recourse for the little guy.
A little guy does not have the time or finances to hire a platoon of lawyers to go after the dishonest merchants selling inferior products. Most times it is not financially rewarding to do so, it will cost you more than it is worth. Unfortuately this lets the people who make inferior products stay in business to prey on someone else who is uninformed about their products.

This is one of the nice things about this forum, people all over the world get to share their experiences about Ford trucks and the parts they use to repair them as well as the the places they get them.

May we all educate each other about the good as well as the bad products and services on the market place today.

Autolite are the worst on the market. I had bosh and beru, they do not last forever but are much better than autolite. I installed two autolite once and they both stop working within 4 months. They were also swelling in the middle. I will never buy them again.

The best way to let them know they are junk? Just tell every one you know and never buy again.
