MotorHaven Shipping
Second, you received $30 off the price on the original invoice. There was a copy of the invoice with the order showing the discount which you had an opportunity to see when you received the package. The invoice is posted below for everyone to see.
Third, I personally put the package on the shipping table Thursday, with UPS Overnight costing us an extra $20.41 over what you paid for shipping so you'd get it quicker. Here is the UPS tracking number: 1Z45AV801392181646 You'll see it was a Next Day Air Saver package made on the 10th.
Why they didn't pick it up until Monday, I don't know. I was out Friday with a bad ear infection which I still have. Jason had to rush off to New York because his father has cancer and the situation is getting bad, Larry was out at an appointment with his wife who is ill and my wife is too pregnant to work anymore so if UPS didn't show up Thursday there was no one here Friday. I even posted a few weeks ago that the tuning situation here would be slow right now.
I explained to you on the phone that crap happens, we lost the order in our system and I'd take care of it. What did you do? You accused me of badmouthing you on the forums and demanded, several times, for me to post an apology for something I never did.
At this point you'll get no apology from me --- I've done everything I could to make this right given our situation last week to the point of the order costing $50 in discounts and shipping -- what resulted is your further badmouthing.
If you were to walk into a store and do what you've done over the intercom they'd throw you out. Why should it be any different when you're behind a keyboard?
