Test them.
Use an automotive test light.
Clip the ground clip to the positive terminal of the battery.
Remove the connector from the glow plug.
Touch the tip of the circuit tester to the connector on the glow plug.
If it lights the plug is OK.
If it does not light, replace the plug.
Use an automotive test light.
