Upgrading Tires
I haven't done a single mod to my 2003 F250 PSD but now that I need new tires I thought I'd go try for a bit more clearance. Nothing radical but I understand a minimal (3"?) lift on the front end would level the truck out and possibly give me the clearance to swing some bigger rubber. Would this require new rims as well? I can't tell you offhand what size the tires are but they are the stock 16" rims.

hello Wile, if you have a lift put on your truck you would not need new rims to run bigger tires. Although, some prefer to get wider rims so that the tire dosent look boubbled out. I beleave the stock tire on your truck is a 265/75R16.

A couple of things to consider. I dont know how you drive but I can show you most people who match the wrong tire / wheel spacing with there truck need new fenders. I have heard plenty about getting 35's under stock fords but I cant say that I have ever been up close. If you dont have any luck with this thread, I would get down to what you want and post it. Or look through galleries and see if you cand find something similar to what you want and e-mail them. My 02 f-250 clears 39.5's with about 8-10 inches of lift
