i would recomend ohming your glow plugs. see if they are good. chances are they are ok. has your truck ever had a hard time starting in the cold?
fwiw i replaced all my plugs last year and only 1 was bad on a 7 year old truck at the time that was in alaska for 3 years.
after you take ohm readings if everything checks out and you get out there hunting and it wont start just jump the 2 big termianls on the gpr together for about 20 seconds and then crank er up.

take a look at the "offical glow plug thread" at the top for testing. you might want to run 5-30 wt depending on where you live, i run 15-40 year round and my truck will start below zero with the 15-40 in the truck, but i also run synthetic
