HEY I JUST ORDERED A NEW SET OF SPEAKERS FOR THE EXPY AND I ALready put the rear ones on with no problom then i go onto take the front door panels off, and they wont budge. i took out all the screws the window roller upper. and even went to my haynes manuel and took out everything in the book and it still wont budge any ideas?
bolt under the handlw? you mean the bolt that holds the handle to the door? becuase i already removed that and all the other things you said. idk what to do i mean i pulled up on that thing so hard and it barely moved. ive taken it off a looooooooong time ago but maybe i forgot something but idk what to do
No, he means the bolt directly on top of the handle you removed. It is kinda hard to see, but if you look into the little opening for the door handle you should spot it.

This is a cut-and-paste of a post I made a couple of years ago.
First step is to remove the triangular shaped piece of plastic trim at the front corner of the window ledge. It is anchored to the top of the door panel and also into the side of the door. Pull the top of the triangle slightly towards you to loosen the serrated plastic spike that holds it to the side of the door, then slowly lift the assembly upwards to remove it from the top of the door panel. Leave your muscles at home for this one (be delicate). I think you may now see a screw that holds the top of the panel to the door. If so, unscrew it.
Next, with your bare hands, pull up the power window switch control panel and unplug the harnesses from the panel. I THINK that this reveals another screw holding the panel to the door, but I'm not 100% on this.
Then, using a flat bladed screwdriver, carefully loosen the oval piece of trim at the base of the inside door handle and unbolt the handle from the door.
There is a bolt or screw hidden in the housing for the interior door light. Carefully pry off the lens by inserting a flat-bladed screwdriver in the slot on the side of the lens.
Next is the actual removal of the door panel. During this process you have to unplug the wiring harness for the power mirror switch, so bear that in mind. Forget everything you recall about removing door panels on other cars. YOU MUST LIFT THE PANEL STRAIGHT UP ABOUT 3-4 INCHES TO REMOVE. Do not attempt to pull the panel towards you unless you like the idea of broken, irreplaceable plastic mounting hooks.
Installation is the reverse. Make sure that you line the panel up carefully before sliding it back down. Pay particular attention to the positioning of the door lock button.
Once you get the trim ring off the Handle area... Look behind the Handle... There is a Phillips head (P-2) Screw in there (a small Tin tab attached to the panel)
Also inside the marker light at the bottom of the door, there is a T-15 Torx Bolt (it can actually be pulled out but don't)
Then the series of small bolts along the bottom (6mm I think)
And of course the One under the Sail Panel
That's everything... Use a Flashlight in the hole where the Handle is and I bet you find it... Otherwise Come On OVER and I'll pull the puppy for ya
See Paul C's instructions. theya re almost identical to the notes I took when I had to remove a door panel. Save them you will need them as most of my door windows have come off the tracks at least once.
i found it but one problom i think that channel is blown out becasue it wont even make one noise al the other speakers work fine except that one. i have an after market radio in it and its kinda old so that might be the problom and before i replaced the speaker the factory one didnt work either so ill have to try to switch the channels up and see what happens.
