Looks good. I like my Ranger, except for the terrible gas milage and lack of power the 3.0L provides. Good little hunting rig though..........I can actually turn around on a logging road with out doing a twenty point turn, or reverse for a 1/2 mile like in my SD.
that will be a good little truck for ya, have been looking at getting the wife a ranger to run around in, and sell the bronco. gotta get her something dependable for traveling to see her family instead of taking my SD all the time.
I get about 16-17 city and around 18-19 highway with my Explorer. You should get around the same with a Ranger. I think the 4.0 is a pretty good engine, mine has 220,000 miles. I think yours should last just as long. Now go have some fun with it

I'm pretty sure its still got the 8.8 out back, not sure about the front but do know it's torsion bars (YUCK).... Wait '97 still got the TTB if I'm not mistaken, like a D28 or D35 I think.
