91 F-150 Stalling problems?

Ok so here is the problem I'm having with my '91 F-150 ext cab 4x4. When I start the truck up, It DIES, or when gets to idle it does sometimes, after revving the gas. But then if it does not die at idle, when I but it in reverse or drive it dies. Then if I drive down the road and stop at the stop sign it again dies. The check engine light comes on but then goes off when I drive it a little. Ok so then when the truck warms up it does not do any of this.
So after spending the money and changing the the IAC. I took the codes off the truck and still have no idea what they mean and whats going on. The check engine light stays on until I press on the gas pedal, then goes off. After changing the IAC it does not seem like it is going to choke off. Anyways here are the codes. Can someone please help. Thanks
