Wheel Lug Size

When did Ford switch from a 12mm to a 14mm lug size. Went to get brakes for my truck (2001 F150) and the computer at the parts store asked what size. I though they changed them in 2000. BTW the truck was built in August of 2000. Also want to get different rims and need to know what years I can use. Thanks.

11/29/99 they went from 12 to 14mm. You should be able to use any 150/expy wheel from '00 or newer.
