New Downpipe suggestions
I am looking for an inexpensive downpipe to replace the stocker on my 96psd. also will want to add a larger exaust prob 4in all the way back any suggestions. I can weld no prob, just dont have a lot of moola.
I will also add a chip and new intake. which will prob be the extent of my engine mods.

Can't help with the downpipe, but for the rest of the system, find a place that wrecks school buses. All the international diesel buses have a 4" system front to back. As far as I know, you can't fit the downpipe in, but the rest of the system works. Just a little cutting and pasting. I paid $10 and got enough for a side oiler exhaust. Next time I go see my "supplier" I'm getting as much as I can and try to fab up some Stacks.

I have a 96 also and found GOSRACING.COM was the system that worked for my truck. From the dp to the back it looksand sounds good. Put it in myself with no major problems. Oh yeah, the turbo really sings now. Just get the filter system from Dale. Bluefire
