Well, I've monkeyed a bit with the different years.. from what I know the front suspension has the same springs at the same widths. The only difference I noticed (this was on f250 CC 4x4s) was that the bolts used were different. The 73-77 style had slightly smaller diameter bolts in one of the locations.. front or rear, I can't remember.
I haven't had the rear apart but I know that the springs are mounted closer together on the 73-77, but I'm not sure about lengths, bolts etc.

your talking about leaf sprung trucks.....the 150's (except supercabs) are coil sprung
