Occationally I get the same problem, but in my case the disc comes out partially. It comes out far enough that I have to take some tweasers to get it to eject. My neighbor has a F-350 with the same changer and it happens to him too. Is this just from the changer being dirty or what? Is anyone else having the same problem and what have they done to fix the problem??

My dad has a f-250 that only ejects only a little. At first the only way we could get them out is to press the eject button and slip a knife in the slot and push down on the top of the disc, they seam to come out then. We discovered that if you hit the eject button and slam your fist down on the top of the dash right above the radio, they would eject normaly. Not the best solution, but a temp one that can help you get your discs out.
I work at a Chevy dealer and I know GM doesn't even mess with radios as far as repairs. Not sure how ford works, but the dealer would most likley just replace the radio. Taking them apart would cost more than buying a rebuilt radio.
