2004 E350 rear spring TSB

Mine squeak every bounce. Would like to know what Bulletin Number 17777 says. Is there someone who has access and can tell me?

squeaky rear springs

My '04 did the same thing- very annoying too. I didnt know about any TSB just went back to the dealer and they replaced the springs. It's the bushings squeaking but they wont pay the mechanics to replace the bushings. They will however pay to replace the springs which come with new bushings.
no more squeak!
