I'd like to remove the front two bed-bolts in order to then bolt down a steel plate that will have a 12 volt winch on it.
Are these bolts threaded into a tapped frame rail or captive nut so that I can replace the bolts from the top after I've slid my plate over the holes? Or did Ford put a loose nut on the bottom that I'll never get back on?
