Important Changes

Are there any important changes that should be noted between model years of the 250 SD PowerStroke between 1998 and 2000? I understand that a 1999 1/2 model had some adjustments. What is the manufacture date for the 99.5? Finally, are there any good reasons not to want the 350 instead of the 250?

a reason not to want a f350 could be it is very very
heavy and wont get good gas mileage :-( and it is not
needed for every day driving. the f250 is heavy
but is not that bad in every day driving and
still tows a lot :-)
