slippage

could this be caused by a bad ground!driving along at highway speed i put on myright turnsignal fine put on my left turnsignal and my tack jumps about 400 rpm,does this sound like a bad ground on my left turnlightand brake light

Check your tailight bulbs,if 1 is not working it will cause the torque conv to unlock when you turn on tha signal light,hence the 400rpm increase.
