Have you tried pulling your codes? www.fordfuelinjection.com All you need is a paper clip. It will take a little getting used to counting though but you should manage in about 3 tries.
Do you hear the fuel pumps run for a second or two when you turn the key from off to run (not start)?
If your TFI module is on the distributor, have you tested that? (Not sure what you mean by Main engine regulator) The dist mounted tfi is a common failure.
The computer controls the engine, but it gets its power from the EEC relay located next to the Fuel pump relay. If you cant pull codes, check that. If your fuel pumps dont kick on for a sec or two then check the FP relay.
Hmmm. does the coil have a constant 12v on the battery side? There is a fusable link in that circuit.
yes i can here the fuel pump kicik on ,and I"ve replaced the eec relay and I replaced the distributor. How do i test for a constant 12v on battery side.I only have 2 wires going to my coil which one should be hot.
