brake issue

I have searched for my problem and couldnt find an answer (if I didnt search deep enough my apologies)

I have a 2000 Ex and we have replaced the brakes, rotors before several times. (more like oodles of times) any way this time when hubby gets the right front brake pad in place the assembly will not slide over the rotor. He said to tell you the cal is completely open. The left went on fine but we are having probs with the right. Any ideas?

If indeed the pistons are all the way back inside the caliper there are only a couple things that would create the problems you describe.

Wrong pads.
Something is not seated properly (assuming #1 is not the issue)

hubby said he changed (replaced even the new ones with more new ones) brake pads and calipers but brake pad still will not fit in.
Some one told us it sounds like the rotor may be warped, it may be just a hair off....hubbythinks its osmething else. which is why I am here
