Header fit.

Hello. I have a F150 4x4 with a 400 in it. What I was wandering is has anyone found a quality header that fits good and you can't see the exaust pipes going around everything? I have had Hedman's, they came down under the trans case. I had Dynomax fenderwells hated them, they collected mud and rusted out quick. I want a header and exaust system that when routed is up under the frame. Also, if I run the drivers side pipe over to the passenger side and then put an X pipe on it, would the difference in lenths of the two pipes be equaled out with the X pipe? Am I asking for to much? Or do I have to live with seeing a pipe go under the transfer case and back up?

Thanks Chad
