Low Roaring Noise From Front end

Hi I have a 1999 F150 XL 5.4 s/c truck with 174,000 kms. My problem is I can hear a low roaring noise from the front end of the truck when I am driving and it gets louder at certain speeds. Now I have replaced the wheel bearings,tires,brakes,rotors, and even the universals in it. The only thing I can think of might be the fluids. My friend has a 1994 F150 that does the same thing and he has replaced most of the front end in his truck too but no luck.
Any idea's what else it could be?

Hmmn roaring noise? Fan clutch bad maybe? Does it only do it when its in gear or both IN/OUT of gear. Anyone else?

It does it when I am driving. I thought it was my tires causing road noise but thats not it. Some one told me it could be my diff fluid but I want to ask here before I went any further.
