how well did you clean the terminals on the computer where the chip plugs in?? a loose chip will also give you that same problem.
good eyes man i totally overlooked this. i failed to read that portion!!!!!!!!
what kind of super chip? is it on your pcm or did you connect it uip to the obd2 port?
if it is the kind plugged onto your pcm then that may be your problem. it could not be cleaned or vibrating around.
It's the obd2 port kind, but this problem came before I had installed it.
Man I just took a look at where the cam sensor is at. I think you need to be gumbee or something to get at it. Or just have a realy skinny arm. It's like way in there.
My 97 F350 does the same stuff. One time it will not give any codes next time it gives different codes. Such as batteries disconnected, cam sensor, throttle sensor. It does thiswith or without my Superchips 1705 .I have had 3 cam sensors,1 throttle sensor put in. . Took it to Ford Dealer it would not act up at all. If you find out PLEASE let me know.

ya as soon as I find out whats causing this problem I'll let you all know. I did already pick up a cam sensor but didnt install it yet due too my new 7100 series Blstein shocks showing up this weekend, Just had to install them. I will get my cam sensor installed tomorrow night and will see this next week if it helps or not. Hopefully it does, my truck is getting worse, now its stalls almost every time I take it out.

I never did throw a code when my CPS went out. Just had the same stalling intermittenly. Replace it now and worst case is you have a spare in case that doesn't fix the problem.
Well I just installed the new CPS tonight, we will see if it acts up or not, today it stalled about 3-4 times, even the last few days its been stalling.

Well today went great!! Not even a stumble and never died on me. First day so far after replacing CPS. Seems like we have a winner! Will see how the rest of the week goes. THANKS for all of your help.
