I am running 37s on my 04 F250 with the 5.4 V8. I have 3.73s I believe. I used that calculator and it said rerquired ratio was like 4.38..... If I get regeared will it raise my mileage form 9.5 mpg? And will i get more speed. It seems as if my top speed is much lower.

You will definitley see better mileage and you won't believe the power you get back. Those 37's are putting a hurtin on that 5.4.

I run 36's and 4.56's.
