I am swapping over a front end and power brakes from a 74 to a 67. My question is; Do I need to use the pedal assymbly out of the 74? I just got most of the parts off and was looking at it and got curious. If it makes any differance I will also be putting on the power steering as well.
I don't think that you will need the pedal asssymbly, but do think that you will need the rod that goes from the pedal the booster, as they are a differant lenth.
you may run into a problem with the p/s if you have an fe engine and the gear box is a ford type it wont work you have to use a bendix type box on a 67 the engine mount ped is to far back and the gear box will not clear it pumps and hoses will work good luck finding a bendix box i looked for quite awhile till i found mine.
I used a 78 pedal in my 65 and it just feels right when your install is finshed!
I did try the 65 pedal and lowered the height, but with power brakes I just
wanted the wide brake pedal, make sure the pedal is for power brakes, there
is a differents. If I am not mistaken a 67 has pedals close to the 65, because
67 is different form 68-72 that is what I have read!

bowtie, You will need the left side 360 perch to make things work out. Too bad you didn't look here first.
I installed a 72 Ford power steering box out of an F250 in my 67. There was a slight interference with the box and motor mount bracket at the frame which was easily fixed by cutting a small piece of the mount with a cutting torch. After making the cut I realized all I really had to do was heat up the mount where the box touched and hit it down with a big hammer.
