Need help setting mig gas

I have a lincoln 135, and i just bought the gas for it, but im not sure how to set the pressure on it. Any help would be greatly appriceated

Start at 20 cfh flowrate.

I have the WeldPak 125 to which I later added the gas kit. The kit came with fixed (non-adjustable) valve. I replaced it with an adjustable valve and e-mailed Lincoln's tech suport for the same info. Their answer: start around 22cfm and adjust as needed.
