Kind of I was looking for the diagram with pictures where you put in a 20mm freeze plug, I know its on here Ive seen it and I thought I printed it out but I didnt.

Do not use this method, The brass and the cast iron expand and contract at different speeds, the freeze plug will eventually come loose and be sucked out the exhaust. If you are lucky it will not get caughtor hit the turbine blades on the exhaust side before it gets out. (ask me how I know this) Best way of removing it and plugging the hole is too, tap the hole and use a NPT plug. Or look up ITP diesel and order the NON-EBPV turbo outlet. It was never drilled for a EBPV and so there is no hole. This is the fix I used the second time around and it is worth the 100.00 bucks or so.
Heat and I both used the same method, He also had his come out at some point, it makes a louder turbo whistle, he atributed it to the ceramic coating on his inner cooler pipes. I told him of my new sound and how I heard the plug come out on start up one morning. I told him later that day How I found the exhaust leak coming from the hole where the freeze plug was. He also found the same leak in his, and we both fixed them with the Non EBPV turbo outlet, and both eliminated the problem
