Speaker choices

I want to get some new 6X9's and door speakers,What's the best brand between:
Lightning audio
Pioneer
"Roadmaster"?

The Pioneers are most expensive and the roadmaster is cheapest.
The instore displays rattled so bad it wasnt a good comparason. (sp?)

Thanks.

EDIT:
Or should I get subs instead of 6X9's?

I want to make this truck rock hard but don't know what would be best.

You were shopping at Walmart weren't you .

I can tell you the Roadmasters are horrible, so is the Lightning Audio, and well.. so are those Pioneers. There's a reason they rattled, they're bad speakers.

What kind of budget are you working with here?

I want to get front and back for under $100.
If pioneer is so bad,why are they so expensive?

$50 for a set of speakers is not expensive, $500 for a set is expensive. If your looking in the $50 range they will all sound about the same, just a little better than stock. But I would probably go with the Pioneers over the Lightning & Roadkill.

For under $100 you can find some good deals on ebay, but I would stay away from JVC (their cheaper stuff), Jensen, Lightning Audio, and Sony. If you can get to ebay I'd search for Alpine, Pioneer.. and some others.

The lightnings aint so bad once I heard them. I'm not looking for rumble the truck, perfect clarity type speakers. Since I'm on a tight budget I went ahead and got the lightnings. Contrary to what everyone said because I got them before I read this,I put them in the truck and cranked that radio up. I heard it in the house easily and that was in the first 5 minutes of installation. But I'll probably put these speakers in the camry when I blow the stocks which at my rate wont be long, lol. But I seen some Xplods and they were more expensive than the Pioneers. Sorry for going ahead and getting what everyone seems to not like. But I don't see why though. They sound good to me,or I'm not used to them maybe. But man do they sound better then them old beat up pioneers I had....God they sounded terrible. Crakced cone in one and the other kept sticking...
Thanks for the advice fellas.
