i would think if you pulled pcm out of the firewall and completely out of the truck you will see it on the front side sticker as they probably didnt remove it when they reflashed it a long time ago. and then they either put a sticker over your little black cover on your pcm and you may be able to see old one if you remove it. or they put a new sticker on your door jamb.

More than likely you have a TDE0 or TDE1 program. Call DP Tuner and I bet they can get you fixed a lot cheaper than you would think. I got a custom program, but they do stock as well. Hope it helps.

THanks for all the info guys. I will see what I can get done with it now. I know I hate to get rid of the truck, it still has alot of good use left in it.
