With bow season going and rifle season on the way who are all the deer hunters in here? I know 87 is since we all can see pics of his. I used to go with my dad and brother, but I never really got into it. I'd rather be fishing, but haven't done much of that this year either.

 

I went out lasat year for the first time, never fired a shot though... this year I can't do anything, as I cant get tags. Saw a big ol' buck a day or so ago, could see his rack from over 500 yards... had 4 other younger ones with him as well...

 

Went a couple times. My first year, Dad got a nice (and odd) 8 point. The next year, I got my first, just a little 4 point. Haven't gone since, b/c we've still got the majority of the meat from those two.

 

Yep, you know my answer. Been Bow hunting since I was 9 and gun hunting since I was I 7. I like archery more then gun, I get to watch a lot of wild life in their envornment more with the bow. Most people take vacations in the summer and spring mine are all in October and November.

last year I dabled in it (just bought my farm) this year I planted winter wheat for them it will take a couple of years to get them atraccted to my farm I'll go out this saturday and see if I can get one...I just go hunting on my farm tag If I wanted to get one I have over 200 acres im allowed to hunt on...
