vin help
I've been to some of the vin decoders that some of you all have here and have found them very helpful, but i'm still having trouble with some of the numbers.
the truck I picked up this past weekend.
1978 F250 4*4 camper speical
The #'s= F26HRDE0325
F26= F250 4*4
H=351cid
R= San Jose CA
DEO325 is were I am stuck.
Can anyone help?

Where's the proof that truck is a 78 ?
You obviously NEVER went to my Data plate decoder
DE0325 is the consecutive build number which in your case is
September 78.
Vin # decoders are so-so
How about get the other charactors off your rating plate and Visit my site for decoding them ?
Access to it is just below the photo of my truck on this reply.
