Yep i upgraded yet again, first i had stage 1's, then 2's and now some nice big stage 3's. The injectors are BDP hybrids, i cant remember what they flow fuel wise but i think they are almost 50% bigger than my 2's. Power is way up and smoke...........well its up a touch too . I could leave a pretty good haze with the 2's, but this smoke doesnt even compare to that. If i want to i can completely black out the road behind me, im talkin so dark that headlights completely dissappear. In my first setting of the chip "light tow/ econo" i can still clear the smoke up on the top end and smoke on the bottom end isnt too bad. The next setting "tony tow" smokes way more on the bottom and a little more on the top end, still pretty controllable. Now my custom extreme is a different story, it never stops smoking . Oh and i also need a much larger boost gauge, the 35 psi aint cuttin it. The needle on the gauge stops right betweet the two O's in BOOST at bottom of gauge. That must be the max the needle can move bc i havent seen it past that yet. If you stomp the throttle and blink you will miss the needle flying right by 35 psi! MUST.................GET......................HEAD STUDS! As i am now holding a lit firecracker, hope it doesnt go boom for a couple more weeks. I will be going on a 500+ mile trip this weekend so i will get some good fm numbers, also monday i will be towing heavy 500+ miles so agina i will get some more good #'s.
sorry for the long post, thought id keep ya all posted!
nitrous or twins will lower smoke, but im going to see what i can do with out either. When you step up to this much fuel your going to have smoke no matter what. TW is working on new programs right now for my larger nozzles and injectors. Hopefully w can get the smoke toned down a bit in lower settings. Egt's arent much
more than stage 2's.
my god man!!! you have gone mod crazy. it seems like every week you are buying something new. congrats. please post some movie action of the smoke. i cant imagine how crazy it is.
Tell me about it! Mid february i was stock injectored, edge evo'd, open down pipe, afe stage 2 and cat/ muffler delete ~210-220 rwhp. 3 sets of injectors later im 450+ rwhp and a much lighter wallet Just a couple more supporting mods and i will be done. I even have my own club since ive bought 3 sets of bdp injectors " BDP 3 step program to redneck poverty--> Memeber #1 "

Lots of ag stuff also do alot for exmark and toro mower companies, fastenal companies in midwest, etc.... Here's a pic of me loaded up for tomorrow: http://photobucket.com/albums/v318/l...t=MVC-892S.jpg
You gotta love that mod bug! Remember, you can't take it with you so might as well enjoy it while you have it. I try to keep myself sane, but sometimes I wonder why...
Naw we have plenty of drivers, usually i have to kick someone off theyre route if i want to haul. I try and go somewhere once a week to get away from teh 3 ring circus. And yes teh scenery is quite nice around here we live in pretty rural area so you can get away from everyone if ya want.
Your truck looks just like mine same color and everything.
I tow an 11K fiver. I just added airbags on the rear and it stopped squatting in the rear, like I see yous doing in the pic. Also it really rides a lot better with a tow.
