for my 95 ranger xlt the rear sliding window was 14.5 inches and I didnt know what you meant by non sliding window, was it one of the two to the left or right of the sliding window.(That make sense?) Because if it is the left window or right back window then they are a huge size difference apart. Hope that helps

on my 2000, i measured 46" at the top and 52" at the bottom. i'm not exactly sure if they're the same as the year your talking about but i'm guessing they are. it is also 17" tall. mine is a slider. hope this is some help.
