New/Rebuilt Carb!
Finally got my truck back running tonight. I sent my Holley 750 vac sec off to get rebuilt and tuned for the my combo. All I can say is Wow what a difference. Truck runs so smoothly now, no more hesitations when its cold. secondaries come in so smooth you almost don't notice. It does not leak gas anymore. I just can't express how happy I am with my carb now. I don't know much about tuning a carb so I sent it off. And for 200 bucks I got back a basically brand new carb, incl. a new electric choke, replated in classic holley color, new everything on the inside and outside by the looks of it. Bolted it on and everything appears to be dead on in tune. No more running rich.
I could go on and on....I have been fighting that stupid carb for about a year now.
