Walmarts 75w140 Synthetic gear lube?

Any one seen Walmarts new synthetic 75w140 gear lube?

Anyone have any details on it?

At $9 a qt it sure looks like a viable alternative in my book.

I can't provide any details, but I'm sure it's fine. They usually get very good suppliers and nobody wants to screw up for Walmart and risk losing that business. My wife works for a major company, and believe me, they'll do almost anything to keep W-Mart happy.

$7.99 for Mobil 1 in 75w140 is cheap. I paid about $15 a quart for it. The 75w140 is double the price of Mobil 1 75w90 at Checker.

I am sure the wal mart stuff is ok. If you are comfortable with it, use it.

I certainly don't have any problems with the stuff.

I was hoping that someone would chime in on just how synthetic it really is.
