62 unibody steering colum swap

anyone out there swap the steering colum in a 62 unibody with a newer
style , ie tilt , if so what did you use & what if any problems may i run into?

It would have to be something custom, because the shaft that the steering wheel bolts to is part of the steering box.

How about the same thing in reverse.

If I change the steering box to a Toyota box in a 61 F100, can I reuse the original column by cutting it and attaching a joint to link to the box?

Anything is possible with a little ingenuity and and some fabricating skills.
