Glow plug broadcast message

I know some of the 6.0's have oil leaks coming from the glow plugs. I think it might be the o rings-not sure. Anybody know if there is a broadcast message out on this and what it says. Thanks, Mike

I am not sure of the broadcast message, but I had all 8 of my o-rings replaced a few weeks ago (along with the rms).

Mine are being done right now. I was kind of hoping that was the cause of the bell housing stain and not the rms

That was my problem also, thought it was RMS, but turned out to be the glow plug seals. Dealer put dye in the oil and confirmed this leak.

How evident is the glow plug leak? Is it easy to spot?

Just look through your wheel wells with a flashlight. If leaking, the glow plugs will have an oily residue all around them. Mine never leaked on the ground, but a dealer oil dye test confirmed oil was leaking from them. They changed the glow plug harness on both sides and after one week there are no leaks.
