rear sliding window problem

rear sliding window problem
It seems like my rear slider doesnt have anything to latch onto (to secure it shut) I'd have to force it really hard to get it to latch to the window frame. am I missing some sort of clip? its an 04 250 CC if that matters.

If you can get it to latch with force then I would say either the latch needs to be adjusted or that something (like a twig) is inside of the window track that is getting jammed when the window is closed..
If it doesn't latch at all then you probably are missing the part of the latch that is on the stationary window..
