Question Pressurizing Fuel System

I am trying to identify and fix a problem with my 92 F150 fuel system. Everything I have read says to depressurize the fuel system before doing any work. Ok so how do you repressurize it? My truck is running EXTREMELY rich and I am not sure why. I have changed the fuel filter. I hooked a computer to it and the codes told me to change the egr sensor and the oxygen sensor which I did, and it is still running rich..any suggestions? Also does anyone know where I can find better diagrams for the fuel system than in the chilton?
Thanks

After replacing my fuel filter I always just turn the key till it starts. This runs the fuel pump and repressurizes the system. When it starts it is repressurized.

the system auto primes when u first turn the key on. if it doesnt start the first time, shut it off and on a couple of times. that will reprime it all.
