Reviving this thread is getting to be a habit! LOL
Actually, I forgot it was my anniversary. I was listening to the reports of stranded travellers and remembered the last time I was stuck on the road...It's been three years already!
Status report:
Still no nicotene.
I did go up a couple belt sizes, finally grew an *** to put behind my work.
Don't miss smoking, don't miss coughing and hacking all the time.
I'm less tolerant of any smoke.
Good job Mike, keep it up and hopefully in a few years we will be looking at the 10 year anniversary..
I'll drink to that!
(hick-up)
I made myself a promise - I can't smoke till I'm 80 years old, (getting closer day by day- and I'm fighting it!) and God willing - I will be smart enough by then to keep off them at least till I'm 100
I am watching my father pay the price for his smoking - he's on O2, can't breathe and doesn't get to enjoy life, the way he should be. On the bright side, he has a good woman with him and he too is tobacco free finally.
I work for an oxygen company, and I have never wanted to smoke ever, but working with these people is more than reason enough to back my decision! Old thread, but nice work!
Merry Christmas and a happy New year to everybody!
Good job Mike!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a couple friends who have struggled throughout the years trying to quit. They do then they give in and start up again. You are strong! Merry xms!
Strong? More like chicken****! I don't want to go through that crap again, EVER!
As positive reinforcers, I really like not getting respiratory crud all the time, and geting over it quicker when I do. Not to mention the extra money I can spend on gas, or tools, or....
