Good guess Thomas. But to be specific, it looks like a vehicle called a "arctic snowcruiser" that was nicknamed the "Penguin". Could also be the "LeTournueau Snow Train" which was built after the Penguin but I'm thinking it looks more like the Penguin.
Am I correct?

That bigfoot, or one just like it, sat (and maybe still does) in front of Race Rock in Orlando for years. They claim that the tires only turn 150 revs per mile based on a height of 10.33 ft.
