Interior Colors

I'm still trying to get every thing straight for a cab swap and was setting here wondering about interior color. I don't have a lot of money and was wondering about an interior thats a differant color than the body. I'm posting this here because I figure you guys have the most experiance with how this setup might look. Maybe just something I can do my self and have it look good. Its a 79 regular cab 4x4

My 79 Bronco is black out side and had a Redish moron interior(which I repainted more of a cherry red). I think different colors look pretty good.
What colors were you thinking?
Staying with original outside color? Painting the interior ____?

There is a white 79 in my area with blue interior, it looks good. I think the blue dash with woodgrain looks good. I also see a few black trucks with red or tan interior.

I'm thinking like a dark green. When I say interior I mean the back of the cab and all the other metal surfaces not just the carpet , seat, and dash pad. I was also thinking a red with full black, or tan, or grey.

Since you are doing the swap, gut the cab and spray paint it. It will be durable enough since it is inside. You can do a decent job, and then it will match what you want the outside to eventually be.
