Hello and could I get a decode
Howdy!
I've been a lurker here until recently, when I purchased a '62 uni. We had one just like it on the farm when I was a kid. Great shape and I love it! I just had the stock 4:56 dana's swapped for 3:54's so the rpms out on the road come down a bit. I love this site, as it fills my head with lots of info about these old beasts. Here is my VIN if someone would help me out:

You have tap into the worlds best Ford truck info site with people who have Ford blue oval running through their blood.
To the best of my knowledge your vin decodes as follows;
F25 = f250 2 wd
J = 6 cyl 223 cid 1barrel carb
P = Assembly plant Twin Cities MN
270330 is your series or serial vin number for that specfic truck coming of the assembly line.
Try and post the rest of your vin data plant to determine axle, paint etc info.
