Question about 4.2 info (split thread)

I just got a 2005 F150 work truck and am having trouble finding info on the prushrod 4.2 (essex v6 ?) that is in it.. lots of info out there on the ohc versions.
Can anyone point me in the right direction ??
So far I like this truck a lot, it runs and pulls hills a lot more like the old 66 F100 I usto have than any other pickup I have driven in a long while.
