Dome Light Sorta Works.......
My 2000 Expy is still going strong after 143K but starting to show her age. My dome light (in overhead console) won't come on when I hit my automatic door unlocks. All other interior lights come on (2nd row, and rear gate).
Once inside the vehicle I can manually operate the dome lights but no such luck when activated by auto door unlock key fob.
When I operate the instrument cluster dimmer dial on the headlamp switch assembly my instrument cluster will dim up/down but when I move it to all the way up to turn on the overhead dome lights........no such luck.
Any thoughts?
