poly or rubber body mounts?
Im getting new body mounts... STOCK size. No body lift here. and I am seing a lot of poly versions. A lot of the companies claim that poly is better... But IM thinking that poly would just make the truck ride rough.
What do u guys think?

For most applications, poly is better than rubber. I have poly bushing in most of my front suspension and I wouldnt hesitate in using polyurethane for my trucks body mounts. I can personally recommend Energy Suspension, but the Prothane brand worked just as well in my Z28. In my experience, the diference in ride harshness was close to nothing compared to the original rubber components.

Well, I've got poly bushings with a body lift, and it rides no different than with the stock bushings (I put the poly bushings on after the body lift). I would recommend the Energy Suspension ones without hesitation.

the energy suspension body/cab mount kit for my truck comes with rubber an poly? I too trust energy suspension... Do u think it is a good kit?
