Brake controller kills engine!
We installed a brake controller in a 97 F350 diesel.When brakes are applied the engine dies in about 3 seconds.Tried my truck on his trailer,no problem. his truck on my trailer,same problem. PLEASE e-mail at jyarosz@hotmail.com. or call 810 227 4539 Thanks JIM

I had this happen to me way back when I bought a new 88 F250 4x4 with a 460.
I installed the brake control using the ford harness they had in the glove box.
I would touch the brake control and the motor would die.
I rewired the truck from the battery back and no more problem.
