accessory swapping

i have a 2005 f250.does anyone know if you can swap out the manual climate control module for the electronic one?also can the steering wheel with just cruise control be swapped out for the wheel with cruise stereo and a/c controls.thanks.

I think that it would be a lot more involved than that. Beside the wiring that is not there, there is likely servo changes that would be required.
