Bronco starting problems 92 Bronco
hi people, i have a 92 Bronco V8 351 EFI. You know that sound the engine makes when you leave the engine running and you by accident turn the key to start it and the car and it makes that grinding noise? Well my Bronco does this sometimes when i start the truck. It happens from a cold or warm start. I was thinking that since my key slot is loose that my be part of the problem. Any ideas? Thanks

The starter is trying to engage on it's own after the truck is running? Probably wouldn't hurt to pull the ignition switch and check the wiring in the column since you say the switch is already loose.
