rear grabs when driving

anyone heard of this
any ideas
i left to drive to work and something in the rear grabbed till i was almost stopped then released i went about a half block and it grabbed again till almost stopped and then released again. tryed pulling fuse for abs still the same. haven't managed to move more than a few blocks before it starts.

anyone heard of this
changed tranny fluid about 200 miles ago. some noise but not always. brakes look fine. never heard of anything like this

You said the tranny fluid was changed recently, was the correct fluid used? I had an old caddy that did something similar, a tranny seal blew out and it felt like the brakes were locked up. I could give it gas but it woudn't move.
